Job Description:
• Oversee investment lifecycle activities from acquisition through disposition for real estate assets
• Analyze large sets of financial, property, and operational data to support reporting and decision-making
• Review property financials, forecasts, and calculations related to performance and investor allocations
• Track deal performance and support execution of asset-level business plans
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across reporting and workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on ongoing investment activities
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Support audits, valuations, and tax processes with organized documentation
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate, private equity, asset management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large and complex data sets
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Experience with forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and think strategically
• Interest in and understanding of the real estate sector
