Kate Wills is a Recruiting Coordinator within Mission’s Front Office Division, supporting searches for investment professionals across private credit, hedge fund, private equity, and real estate mandates. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her degree in Human Dimensions of Organizations with minors in Business and Entrepreneurship.
