Harper is an Associate supporting Mission’s Financial Services practice, specializing in the placement of professionals in Middle Office Operations, Trade Execution, Portfolio Finance, Treasury, Risk, Marketing, and Wealth Management. She focuses on sourcing and connecting top talent, playing an integral role in ensuring a seamless recruiting process for both candidates and clients.

Harper graduated from Baylor University in 2022 with a B.A. in Corporate Communications and recently graduated with an M.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University.
