Nick serves as a Director in Mission’s Financial Services practice, specializing in the placement of professionals across Middle Office Operations, Trade Execution, Portfolio Finance, Treasury, Risk, Marketing, and Wealth Management. He brings extensive experience to the role, known for cultivating strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the alternatives and asset management industries.

In his expanded leadership capacity, Nick drives business development initiatives and oversees critical operational functions, including recruitment training and the management of complex employment offer negotiations. Nick earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his master’s degree from Rutgers University.
