Rachel Silverman serves as an Assistant Vice President specializing in the finance industry, where she partners with a diverse roster of clients including banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity, credit, and real estate firms.

As a team leader, Rachel drives the talent sourcing strategy, manages complex placement negotiations, and provides clients with critical guidance on compensation trends.
