Our client, a global fintech and insurance organization, is seeking several Account Manager contractors to support a growing book of business across their East Coast offices. These are 3–6 month engagements with the potential for extension depending on team needs and performance.

We’re looking for candidates who can step into a fast-paced environment, manage client relationships with confidence, and bring strong insurance knowledge to an already high-performing team. Active Property and Casualty licenses are required. These roles are hybrid, and candidates must be local to one of the firm’s East Coast locations. Fully remote may be considered only for candidates who meet all requirements.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage day-to-day client inquiries, renewals, policy changes, and account servicing
• Partner with underwriting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Review policy documents, coverage details, and client information for accuracy
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and policy management systems
• Support client onboarding and provide guidance on insurance products and coverage options
• Handle escalations professionally and maintain strong client satisfaction

Requirements:
• Active Property and Casualty license
• 2+ years of experience in insurance account management, brokerage, or client service
• Strong understanding of P&C products, renewals, coverage analysis, and policy workflows
• Ability to operate in a hybrid schedule and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and high-volume workloads in a fast-moving environment

Pay rate: $25-$28 per hour
