Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with Investment and Research stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities tied to investment use cases
- Serve as a solutions lead for LLM-driven initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment planning
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable AI/LLM solutions within an enterprise language/knowledge ecosystem
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects, including project planning, timelines, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, data engineering, investment stakeholders, and internal AI partners) to execute initiatives successfully
- Support rollout and adoption of AI tools, ensuring solutions are well-documented, governed, and aligned with enterprise controls
- Contribute to team growth and capability-building over time, particularly on investment-facing AI solutions
Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong preference for investment management / asset management
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts and how they are applied within enterprise language solutions (e.g., knowledge retrieval, workflows, assistants)
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML and data engineering concepts, including experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver production solutions
- Demonstrated project management experience delivering technology or data initiatives (end-to-end), including coordinating stakeholders and driving execution
- Must-have exposure to: data engineering, AI, LLMs, machine learning
- Familiarity with the OpenAI ecosystem, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure OpenAI, GPT APIs, and Custom GPTs
Pay: $80/hr-$100/hr
