Our client, a global investment management firm based in New York, NY,  is seeking a strong Calypso Project Manager/Business Analyst based in New York City with deep derivatives and investment products knowledge. This role requires someone who can work closely with front-office stakeholders and interact directly with investors, including sitting with them as needed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead project delivery and ongoing initiatives involving the Calypso platform (enhancements, implementations, upgrades, workflow optimization)
• Partner with investment, trading, and investor-facing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• Develop and deliver end-user training: create training materials/job aids, run training sessions, support change management, and ensure smooth adoption
• Support UAT planning and execution (test scenarios, test cases, defect triage), and drive sign-off readiness
• Coordinate with technology, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful execution and adoption

Requirements Include:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting Calypso in an investments/markets environment
• Deep knowledge of derivatives and investment products (priority requirement)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort engaging with investors directly
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
