Our client, a well known and established asset management firm in Midtown, NY, is looking to add a Client Service Operations Analyst to their Private Equity Team! Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, updating client account information in the CRM, setting up new accounts, and coordinating investor subscriptions. The ideal candidate will come with at least two years of Investor Service Operations experience for either a Private Equity fund or a fund administrator.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Onboarding new Private Equity investment clients
  • Updating client account information in eFront
  • Partnering with external fund administrators to reconcile any account issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Client Service Operations role for a Private Equity firm or Fund Administrator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and eFront Suite

Pay: $30-34/hour
