Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Client Service Unit Representative to support its Global Transaction & Payment Services team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate banking clients, providing exceptional service across account management, payment investigations, check processing, ACH operations, and day-to-day client support. The ideal candidate has experience within commercial or investment banking operations, a strong understanding of payment processing and treasury services, and the ability to coordinate across operations, compliance, and technology teams to resolve client issues efficiently. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.
