Responsibilities include:
- Manage construction loan draws and support capital call processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.
- Oversee subcontractor payables workflow, including:
- Reviewing subcontracts
- Receiving and reviewing subcontractor billings
- Validating insurance requirements
- Controlling A/P and ensuring proper approvals and coding
- Collecting and tracking lien releases/waivers
- Track and monitor construction budgets and general conditions budgets, including ongoing cost tracking and variance visibility.
- Prepare and support quarterly and annual financial statements for development/construction entities and projects.
- Work with AIA billing documentation, including familiarity with G702 and G703 forms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction/development accounting experience (open to significantly more experience).
- Demonstrated ability to manage construction accounting workflows independently and efficiently.
- Working knowledge of AIA documents (G702/G703).
- Strong understanding of subcontractor billing processes, insurance compliance, and lien release controls.
Pay: $40/hr-$50/hr
