Our client, a well-known international investment firm in Midtown, NY, is looking to add an Events Manager to join their team! This person will be responsible of all aspects of Corporate Event planning and management, which will include scheduling, travel coordination, budget and contract negotiation, event setup, and stakeholder engagement. Additional responsibilities will include post-event financial reconciliation and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will come with at least eight years of experience in corporate event planning and management, ideally from a reputable investment firm.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Full lifecycle corporate event management, from initial planning to post-event performance reporting and financial reconciliation
  • Developing and managing a strict event budget, including vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Establishing and a detailed event schedule, and ensuring stakeholder engagement

Requirements: 

  • 8+ years’ experience in corporate event planning and managing for a reputable investment firm
  • Strong experience in areas of budget planning and management, travel coordination, and contract management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $55-60/hour
