Our client, a leading asset management firm based in Philadelphia, PA,  is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join their Risk team, where you’ll design and deliver insightful, automated dashboards and reports that empower strategic decision-making and effective risk oversight.  In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing the KRI/KPI framework, building data pipelines across multiple systems, and delivering intuitive Power BI dashboards for senior leadership, risk committees, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for KRIs, KPIs, and enterprise risk metrics.
  • Automate data workflows in Alteryx, integrating data from sources like SharePoint, GRC tools, and internal databases.
  • Partner with Risk and Business teams to define and standardize data requirements.
  • Support leadership and board reporting through visual trend analysis and clear data storytelling.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across risk programs.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in recurring reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Risk Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI, ideally in financial services or risk functions.
  • Strong skills in Power BI (data modeling, visualization) and Alteryx (data blending, automation).
  • Solid understanding of data governance and risk frameworks (KRIs, RCSAs).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Experience with GRC tools (e.g., OpenPages, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Pay: $60-$70/hr
