Our client, an investment management firm located in Midtown, NY, is looking for an Expense Administrator to support a team of investment executives. Responsibilities of this position include processing Travel & Entertainment expenses in Workday and covering occasional administrative duties such as managing the calendar for the team. The ideal candidate will come with at least five years’ experience supporting executive-level finance professionals, excellent organization and communication skills, and strong technical capabilities in Workday.
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing and reconciling a high volume of T&E and other business expenses in Workday
- Managing business calendars for several investment executives
- Reconciling credit statements
Requirements:
- At least five years’ experience supporting a team of investment professionals in T&E expense administration
- Ability to manage and update multiple schedules
- Strong capabilities in Workday, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
Pay: $35-40/hour
