Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Salary Range: $125,000 – $160,000 + 10-15% annual bonus
Software Developer
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a technology team responsible for designing, building, and supporting both internal platforms and external web applications. This role supports critical business systems, including proprietary process automation and financial asset pricing models, and works closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server
- Build and support .NET Core REST services and modern web applications
- Develop and maintain front-end user interfaces and supporting services
- Enhance system performance, scalability, usability, and automation
- Integrate new software solutions with existing platforms and third-party systems
- Implement enhancements and updates across the technology stack
- Ensure appropriate testing throughout all phases of the SDLC
- Support compliance requirements and internal technology standards
- Conduct analysis and troubleshooting to resolve production issues
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate
- Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6–10 years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with relational databases and T-SQL
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, and JavaScript
- Experience with object-oriented design and development
- Web development experience; React or similar frameworks preferred
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with source control, deployment pipelines, and change management
- Experience with tools such as Git, Jira, TeamCity, and Octopus is a plus
