Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the firm’s lead administrator for Dynamics 365, handling user access, permissions, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Building dashboards and reports in Dynamics and Power BI to support fundraising, client service, and operational tracking.
- Supporting integrations with Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, and other systems in the firm’s ecosystem.
- 7+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM: user management, workflows, automations, and data model changes.
- Advanced Power BI proficiency, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $45-50/hour
