Our client, a well-known asset management firm located in Midtown, NY, is looking to add a Project Manager to their Private Credit Onboarding team. The focus of this position will be to address ongoing maintenance and change requirements of the Private Credit group’s Onboarding team. This includes developing various project plans, designing operating models to support the firm’s offerings and capabilities, and presenting project updates to senior leaders on the team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in project management for a large alternative asset manager, knowledge and experience in Private Credit and Specialty Finance operations, and strong technical capabilities in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the primary point-person on all requirements and solutions for the private credit division’s onboarding team
- Developing and delivering project plans, objectives, and deadline and cost estimates
- Presenting project updates to senior stakeholders in operations and onboarding
Requirements:
- At least five years’ experience as a Project Manager for a large alternative asset management firm
- Familiarity with private credit and specialty finance operations
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Aladdin is a plus
Pay: $55-60/hour
