Responsibilities Include:
- Support day-to-day operations for private credit loans
- Manage and maintain loan activity throughout the lifecycle
- Review and reconcile loan transactions and related data
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan activity
- Maintain appropriate documentation and operational controls
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and ongoing servicing
- Identify and resolve operational breaks and exceptions
- 8–10 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong private credit/private debt experience
- Hands-on loan operations or loan administration background
- Experience working directly for a private credit firm or fund administrator strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of the private credit loan lifecycle
Pay rate: $50-$53/hour
