Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking an Ops Project Analyst to join the Funds Transfer team. This individual will support a variety of operational and technology-driven projects, assisting with testing, implementation, defect tracking, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Previous exposure to the project lifecycle or financial operations is preferred but not required, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow within project management and operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support all phases of Funds Transfer projects, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and post-production support
  • Prepare test scenarios and execute user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Identify, document, escalate, and help resolve system defects and project issues
  • Ensure test scripts and project deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines
  • Assist with project reporting, documentation, and implementation activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to proactively resolve project challenges
  • Represent the Funds Transfer team on cross-functional initiatives and department-wide projects
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Exposure to project coordination, testing, business analysis, or financial operations is a plus
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Jersey City, 2 days remote)

Pay: $24-$26/hr
