Our client, a well-known asset management firm in Midtown, NY, is looking to add a Credit Analyst to their Project Finance team! This person will be specifically focused on debt issuance for AI Data Centers. Responsibilities include valuation of leveraged capital arrangements, analysis of Key Risk Indicators (capital dynamics, counterparty credit, construction-related risk), and creating and assessing related risk assumptions. The ideal candidate will come with at least four years of Project Finance experience and hands-on exposure to the AI Datacenter industry.
Responsibilities Include:- Reviewing, understanding, and redefining any related project finance risk assumptions
- Identifying and analyzing Key Risk Indicators, with a particular focus on debt structuring and counterparty credit risk
- Monitoring AI infrastructure construction and digital asset risks
Requirements:
- At least four years of Project Finance analysis experience for a reputable investment firm
- Hands on experience and exposure to AI Datacenter debt issuance
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $70-75/hour
