Our client, a financial services firm based in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager with 5+ years of non-IT procurement experience to support spend analysis and savings delivery across a broad range of expense categories. This individual will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, lead competitive events, and negotiate complex agreements while building strong relationships across internal business units. Candidate must have experience sourcing initiatives across Real Estate, Construction and Facilities.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead sourcing initiatives across Real Estate, Construction, Facilities, HR, Compliance, Corporate Events, Professional Services, and more
• Draft, issue, and manage RFPs and RFIs across multiple categories simultaneously
• Negotiate and redline master agreements, NDAs, SoWs, and termination letters
• Leverage external benchmark data to secure optimal commercial terms
• Partner with legal and business stakeholders to ensure commercial and legal terms meet firm requirements
• Conduct post-contract vendor performance reviews and quarterly business reviews
• Support procure-to-pay processes and troubleshoot escalations as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of non-IT sourcing/procurement experience
• MBA or JD a plus
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Experience with vendor management and category strategy development
$65-75/hr
