Job Description:
  • Provide support for fundraising, marketing, and client relationship activities across the fund lifecycle.
  • Track and maintain client interactions, meeting notes, and fundraising opportunities within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Assist with responding to client requests, follow-ups, and due diligence processes including data collection and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking notes.
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and fundraising updates for internal teams and senior management.
  • Maintain organized records of fundraising pipelines, client communications, and related activities.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a financial institution, asset manager, or investment firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentation materials.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce to track contacts, institutions, and opportunities is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of private markets, fundraising, or credit strategies is preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills such as French or Hebrew are a plus.
