Job Description:
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with national objectives, maintaining accountability for overall regional performance.
  • Strengthen and nurture existing RIA relationships while proactively identifying and establishing new partnerships across the region.
  • Execute territory business plans by generating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, and driving growth within the RIA channel.
  • Manage the assigned territory by monitoring sales metrics, analyzing trends, and applying strategies to optimize performance.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in the firm’s investment solutions and fund offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners while providing timely updates and resolving challenges efficiently.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wholesaling, with established and influential relationships within the RIA community.
  • Demonstrated success in distributing a range of alternative investment strategies across multiple fund structures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts and articulate the reasoning behind decisions.
  • Highly self-motivated and professional, exhibiting confidence, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong team orientation, with proven interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Partner effectively with regional consultants (internal wholesalers), contributing to their development and performance oversight.
  • Skilled in influencing and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Excellent relationship management and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Holds active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
  • Additional professional designations such as CIMA, CAIA, or CFA are preferred.
  • Significant travel required.
