Job Description:
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with national objectives, maintaining accountability for overall regional performance.
- Strengthen and nurture existing RIA relationships while proactively identifying and establishing new partnerships across the region.
- Execute territory business plans by generating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, and driving growth within the RIA channel.
- Manage the assigned territory by monitoring sales metrics, analyzing trends, and applying strategies to optimize performance.
- Demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in the firm’s investment solutions and fund offerings.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners while providing timely updates and resolving challenges efficiently.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in wholesaling, with established and influential relationships within the RIA community.
- Demonstrated success in distributing a range of alternative investment strategies across multiple fund structures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts and articulate the reasoning behind decisions.
- Highly self-motivated and professional, exhibiting confidence, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong team orientation, with proven interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Partner effectively with regional consultants (internal wholesalers), contributing to their development and performance oversight.
- Skilled in influencing and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
- Excellent relationship management and conflict resolution abilities.
- Holds active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
- Additional professional designations such as CIMA, CAIA, or CFA are preferred.
- Significant travel required.
