Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high-quality service experience across onboarding, account management, reporting, and routine inquiries.
- Build a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies and digital asset offerings to provide accurate and confident responses to client questions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with portfolio management, operations, compliance, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Lead the client due diligence process, including the timely and accurate completion of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and conducting detailed sessions with both prospective and existing clients.
- Assist senior relationship managers in the preparation and delivery of portfolio reviews, market commentary, and customized reporting materials.
- Proactively monitor client feedback, service performance, and market developments to anticipate needs and recommend enhancements to the client experience.
- Keep comprehensive records of all client communications and service activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Represent the firm with professionalism during client engagements and industry events, reinforcing the organization’s credibility and trusted reputation within the institutional space.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proven background in client service, investor relations, or relationship management within asset management, private wealth, or institutional investment environments.
- Strong grasp of investment management principles; knowledge of digital assets or alternative investments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify complex market and product concepts for a variety of stakeholders.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across departments.
- Resourceful and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and a commitment to professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
- Additional advantages include:
- Experience supporting institutional clients such as pension funds, endowments, foundations, or family offices
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or digital asset ecosystems
- Progress toward certifications like CFA, CAIA, or similar credentials
- Experience using CRM tools, data reporting platforms, or data visualization software
- Background in a leading asset management firm, hedge fund, or fintech organization
