Summary

Job Description:

The Cash Management Funding Analyst is integral in managing the firms daily liquidityThe Cash Management Funding Analyst will monitor account funding’s, execute wire transactions to meets firms funding needs, reconcile payments/receipts and troubleshoot failed wiresA working knowledge of Kyriba and industry standard banking platforms is strongly desired.    

  • Execute wire transaction; verify wire instructions and account setup 
  • Monitor account balances and meet funding requirements 
  • Reconcile account activity to ensure all wires are transacted 
  • Manage new account and wire instruction setups in Kyriba and internal systems 
  • Troubleshoot wire issues to determine route cause, rectify issues, and rectify reoccurring issues by implementing technology solutions 
  • Liaison with internal users and banking partners to resolve breaks and provided wire information 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows  

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in financial banking 
  • Treasury experience a plus, with a focus on Fed Wires, ACH, and CHIP transactions 
  • SWIFT messaging and formatting knowledge of MT103, NT202, MT103 Serial, MT199, etc. 
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • SQL, Python, VBA and other coding skills are a plus 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Must be a team player  
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
