Job Description:
- Prepare and clearly describe complex compensation structures or explanations for compensation-related transactions
- Identify and communicate key drivers for expense attribution or variance analysis
- Facilitate compilation of supporting documentation for audit or regulatory requests
- Research and complete balance sheet and expense account reconciliations
- Ensure all components of each payroll are accurately recorded in the financial statements
- Record compensation or benefit related journal entries and accruals
- Analyze new earning or deduction codes across ADP, Workday, payroll providers and financial statements to accurately reflectFi compensation or benefit related transactions
- Document policies and procedures
- Support special requests and ad-hoc projects including reports and analysis for Senior Leadership
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of relevant compensation accounting experience, US and International
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday and ADP experience preferred
- Demonstrated respect for confidentiality and discretion when working with Compensation or HR information
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive, where possible
- Eager to learn, collaborate, and work in a dynamic environment
