Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Generate new assets and revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings and agendas with internal investment professionals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to advance new business opportunities.
- Represent investment strategies in client meetings and at industry events.
- Support marketing initiatives and develop sales collateral.
- Manage client and prospect activity via CRM systems.
- Maintain expertise in capital markets and investment strategies.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in asset management sales, with knowledge of credit and alternative products.
- Required securities licenses (e.g., Series 7 and 63).
- Strong market knowledge, business acumen, and executive presence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Must reside in the region and be willing to travel extensively.
