Job Description:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Generate new assets and revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings and agendas with internal investment professionals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance new business opportunities.
  • Represent investment strategies in client meetings and at industry events.
  • Support marketing initiatives and develop sales collateral.
  • Manage client and prospect activity via CRM systems.
  • Maintain expertise in capital markets and investment strategies.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in asset management sales, with knowledge of credit and alternative products.
  • Required securities licenses (e.g., Series 7 and 63).
  • Strong market knowledge, business acumen, and executive presence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Must reside in the region and be willing to travel extensively.
  • Team-oriented with curiosity, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.
