Job Description:
- Product Expertise: Develop deep subject-matter expertise across the firm’s Infrastructure, Renewable Power & Transition funds and investments by actively participating in internal investment and asset management discussions, enabling clear and effective communication with investors and the broader market.
- Fundraising & Business Development: Lead or support global fundraising efforts through meetings with prospective clients and participation in roadshows, investor events, and conferences, requiring frequent international travel.
- Product Launches: Play an active role in shaping and executing fundraising strategies, driving market momentum through close collaboration with CRMs, the Infrastructure, Renewable Power & Transition teams, and fundraise management.
- Investment Product Messaging: Contribute to the development and refinement of compelling investor messaging to engage clients and prospects, in partnership with CRMs.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to generate ideas and develop investor-facing materials, including presentations, white papers, and other communications.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support the research and execution of new product concepts and assist in expanding distribution capabilities across new markets, investor segments, and product offerings.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience within real assets across one or more of the following areas: investing/asset management, investment banking, corporate development, or investor relations.
- Investor Relationships: Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and sustain long-term investor relationships.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging.
- Problem Solving: Strong listening, analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities.
- Prioritization: Ability to effectively manage competing internal and external priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and share information effectively.
