Job Description:
  • Develop and execute consultant coverage and capital raising strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with investment consultants and institutional stakeholders.
  • Drive new business opportunities and generate asset growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate meetings, presentations, and diligence sessions.
  • Represent investment strategies in client meetings and industry events.
  • Prepare marketing materials and deliver high-quality client communications.
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, consultant feedback, and competitive dynamics.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CAIA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in consultant relations, institutional sales, or capital raising within asset management.
  • Strong existing relationships with U.S. and global investment consultants.
  • Experience covering private markets, infrastructure, or multi-asset strategies.
  • Required securities licenses (e.g., Series 7 and 63).
  • Deep understanding of consultant research processes and institutional investment landscape.
  • Strong business development skills with a proven track record of driving asset growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage regional coverage responsibilities.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
