Job Description:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective investors, and consultants, clearly articulating the firm’s investment approach, capabilities, and performance.
- Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including client segmentation and competitive positioning.
- Perform market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion, delivering actionable insights to support revenue growth.
- Strengthen existing partnerships while proactively developing new relationships.
- Partner closely with the investor relations team to support presentations, due diligence questionnaires, and client materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on a range of strategic initiatives.
- Travel as needed to support sales efforts and client service activities.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- At least 8-12 years of demonstrated success in asset raising within alternative investment strategies.
- Deep understanding of the needs and priorities of a diverse institutional client base, including corporates, public pension plans, endowments and foundations, and family offices.
- Strong expertise in fixed income markets, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
- Highly developed sales and negotiation capabilities, with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals and closing new business.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present investment strategies and ideas effectively to sophisticated audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
