Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities across large-scale Procurement, ERP, and business transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify how new systems, processes, and workflows will affect business teams.
- Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, Technology, Operations, and project leadership to drive organizational readiness and adoption.
- Support full lifecycle ERP implementations, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Develop and track change management milestones, KPIs, adoption metrics, risks, and deliverables.
- Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address stakeholder concerns.
- Coordinate user training, communications, process documentation, and business readiness activities.
- Support process improvements across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Accounting, and Payroll functions.
- Provide regular updates on change management progress, adoption, and overall readiness to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Change Management experience, ideally supporting large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting full lifecycle SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or other enterprise SaaS implementations.
- SAP experience strongly preferred; SAP Ariba experience a significant plus.
- Prior experience supporting Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of business processes including Accounting, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Payroll.
- Experience developing change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, training programs, and adoption metrics.
- Ability to manage detailed change management deliverables, timelines, risks, and business readiness activities.
- Prior Big 4 consulting experience and/or in-house corporate experience within banking or another large enterprise environment preferred.
- Prosci, ADKAR, or other formal change management certification a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: $100-105/hr
