We are seeking a temporary Litigation Support Services (LSS) Specialist to support a long-term project within a law firm’s Litigation Support Services / IS Department. The primary focus of this role will be Relativity workspace archiving, data migration, document decryption, and departmental cleanup initiatives.
The biggest requirement is hands-on Relativity experience. The candidate does not need to have an extensive technical background as long as they have at least one year of hands-on Relativity experience and have worked within a law firm, professional services, litigation support, or e-discovery environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the archiving and maintenance of Relativity workspaces
- Support data migration initiatives
- Assist with departmental file-share cleanup and organizational projects
- Execute document decryption in accordance with firm and departmental security protocols
- Organize and maintain litigation-related data
- Follow established e-discovery, litigation support, and information security procedures
- Assist the Litigation Support Services team with additional projects as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Relativity experience –
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment in a technical or litigation support capacity required
- Working knowledge of e-discovery workflows and litigation support processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow established procedures and security protocols
- Experience working for an e-discovery or litigation support vendor, such as TransPerfect, in an analyst or similar role is a plus
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in developing additional litigation technology skills
- Prior Relativity experience is more important than having a broad technical background
