Our client, a well-known and established asset management and wealth management firm in Maryland, is looking to add an RIA Operations Analyst to their growing team! The firm has experienced an influx of new business and client accounts and is looking for someone to support day-to-day client servicing and operations. The ideal candidate will come from an RIA or wealth management firm and have hands-on experience using Orion.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the onboarding and setup of new client accounts
- Maintaining and updating client and account information in Orion
- Assisting with day-to-day client account servicing and operational requests
- Supporting account workflows, data management, and reporting
- Partnering with internal teams to resolve client account and operational issues
- Previous internship or professional experience within an RIA or wealth management firm
- Hands-on experience using Orion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
