Our client, a well-known investment bank in Midtown, NY, is looking to add a Sanctions Specialist to their team. This person will need to be a Subject Matter in Fircosoft as they will be identifying and remediating process gaps, false positives, and optimization issues in Fircosoft. The ideal candidate will come with at least five years of US Banking Sanctions Screening experience, subject matter expertise in Fircosoft, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with the Sanctions Governance team to identify false-positives and other various system issues with Fircosoft
• Identifying opportunities to improve process and enhance system capabilities, and partnering with the IT team to help implement them
• Overseeing data governance and analytics to prepare key metrics and present to senior management

Requirements:

• At least five years of US Sanctions compliance experience for a large investment bank
• Advanced capabilities in Fircosoft, including system optimization and process remediation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

$65-70/hour
