Job Description:
- Support the execution and growth of the firm’s private wealth distribution platform.
- Assist in managing the client lifecycle, including onboarding, servicing, and ongoing relationship support.
- Serve as a point of contact for external partners and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Help oversee capital activity, reporting, and investor communications.
- Maintain accurate investor records and contribute to reporting and analytics efforts.
- Support product initiatives and broader projects related to distribution expansion and process improvement.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Relevant experience in client service, operations, investor relations, private wealth, or financial services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with financial data, reporting, and operational processes.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership.
