Job Description:
  • Support the execution and growth of the firm’s private wealth distribution platform.
  • Assist in managing the client lifecycle, including onboarding, servicing, and ongoing relationship support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external partners and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Help oversee capital activity, reporting, and investor communications.
  • Maintain accurate investor records and contribute to reporting and analytics efforts.
  • Support product initiatives and broader projects related to distribution expansion and process improvement.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
  • Relevant experience in client service, operations, investor relations, private wealth, or financial services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with financial data, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
