Job Description:
- Update and maintain fund-related materials, including presentations, one-page overviews, performance reports, track record summaries, portfolio data, and cash flow models.
- Support the completion of investor information and due-diligence requests, such as RFIs, RFPs, and DDQs.
- Analyze and synthesize external market research to highlight key trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams—investment, mid-office, back-office, and legal—to prepare marketing collateral and due-diligence documentation.
- Coordinate and support the fundraising process, including investor pipeline tracking, document distribution, and meeting scheduling.
- Maintain accurate datasets and presentation materials for monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc updates for existing institutional and retail investors (e.g., portfolio reviews, investment details, and risk reports).
- Respond to and assist with investor inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Execute special projects for mid- and senior-level management across areas such as finance, product development, and marketing, as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous full-time experience preferred in investment banking or a product specialist role, particularly with exposure to private credit.
- Familiarity with different fund structures, including interval funds and BDCs, is a plus.
- Strong technical proficiency, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, with solid quantitative skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with proven capability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
