Job Description:
- Support fundraising initiatives targeting RIAs, family offices, broker dealers, and wire houses within the private wealth channel.
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team to manage and coordinate client outreach, meetings, and road shows.
- Assist the Head of Private Wealth Distribution with business development strategies and execution.
- Conduct telemarketing and outreach campaigns to help generate leads and build prospect pipelines.
- Maintain and update CRM systems such as Salesforce to track investor interactions and progress toward sales goals.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the investment management industry, preferably with exposure to private credit or private markets.
- Demonstrated success in supporting capital raising efforts across various fund structures, including private drawdown funds and BDCs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-facing mindset.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce, with the ability to analyze data and prepare compelling presentations.
- Collaborative and ethical professional with a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented approach to sales support.
