Job Description:
- Partner with senior team members on structuring, raising, and maintaining funds and separately managed accounts
- Maintain an open dialogue with investors and provide ongoing LP support
- Work with investment professionals to understand portfolio and market dynamics and translate insights for investors
- Collaborate with sales teams to support new business development and global fundraising efforts
- Coordinate with finance/operations on ongoing fund reporting
- Work with legal teams on fund documentation
- Support data management and reporting with internal technology teams
- Create and update marketing materials, quarterly presentations, and investor letters
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as an Analyst or Associate at an asset manager, investment bank, or related credit/finance role
- Strong analytical background with exposure to credit products
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Team-oriented with strong judgment and professional presence
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and automating recurring deliverables a plus
