Job Description:
  • Support the firm’s capital raising and investor relations efforts by preparing and maintaining fundraising materials, including pitchbooks, PPMs, and DDQs.
  • Develop customized marketing materials and analytical content for prospective and existing institutional investors.
  • Coordinate investor communications, due diligence requests, and ongoing relationship management efforts across the fundraising process.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis using industry data and investor feedback to support business development initiatives.
  • Maintain investor databases, portfolio reporting materials, and institutional marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with investment, finance, and operations teams to communicate portfolio updates and support investor onboarding and capital closings.
  • Assist with investor-focused conferences, annual meetings, and fundraising events.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or real estate finance.
  • Strong understanding of investments, accounting, and institutional fundraising processes.
  • Experience preparing investor marketing materials, presentations, and due diligence responses preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across investment and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
