Job Description:
- Lead overall operations of a ~$20M revenue services business.
- Manage and develop a 50+ person workforce across operational functions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking using KPIs.
- Maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Source and execute acquisitions in partnership with the investment team.
- Lead integration of acquired businesses and support platform growth.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or another deal-driven environment.
- Experience evaluating and executing acquisitions.
- Strong operational leadership and project management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution focused.
- Strong professional references and track record of performance.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar experience a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; Spanish a plus.
