Leading private credit investment firm is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Restructuring Professional to support operational and financial turnarounds, assess and implement restructuring strategies, conduct financial and business analysis, and help optimize portfolio company performance across multiple workstreams.

Job Description:
  • Develop, review, and oversee implementation of business restructuring and recovery plans.
  • Diagnose operational and financial challenges, provide solutions, and manage execution milestones.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling, including cash flow forecasting and three-statement models.
  • Evaluate budgets, business plans, and downside risks with respect to capital needs.
  • Interface with legal and financial advisors on restructuring transactions.
  • Assess organizational and management team structures and effectiveness.
  • Act as point of contact for assigned workstreams within operational and financial turnarounds.
  • Identify and challenge assumptions, hypotheses, and conclusions.
  • Support external financing processes and buy/sell-side M&A initiatives, including underwriting, diligence, and legal documentation.
  • Present analysis and recommendations to management teams and senior professionals.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 8–12 years of experience in special situations private equity, private credit, or top-tier restructuring advisory firm.
  • Advanced degree(s) and/or professional certifications (CFA, CIRA, CPA) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with complex restructuring, turnarounds, and workouts.
  • Ability to synthesize analyses, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
