Job Description:
- Analyze and underwrite private credit investment opportunities, including financial modeling and credit diligence.
- Assist in structuring and executing transactions and preparing investment materials.
- Conduct company, industry, and market research to support investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio investments, including performance, covenant compliance, and credit risk.
- Support senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a top academic institution.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in private credit, private equity, leveraged finance, or a related field.
- Buyside experience preferred; strong sellside candidates with significant transaction exposure will also be considered.
- Strong financial modeling, accounting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
