Job Description:
- Supporting high-impact growth initiatives within the Corporate Development team through financial modeling and strategic analysis for senior leadership.
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Preparing presentations, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors, including banks, consultants, accountants, and legal counsel.
- Assisting with the evaluation, planning, and execution of new business lines and strategic transactions.
- Developing expertise in the firm, the direct lending market, and the broader asset management industry by monitoring market and industry trends.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate development at a leading investment bank or buy-side firm.
- Strong quantitative, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities.
- Prior experience in financial services and/or asset management strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate development and strategic initiatives.
- High intellectual curiosity with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives, business leaders, and external partners.
- Enthusiastic about working in an in-office environment and contributing to a high-quality hybrid work culture.
