Job Description:
- Analyze new investment opportunities and inbound deal flow, including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Create thoughtful presentation materials for both internal discussions and external stakeholders, incorporating market research and strategic insights.
- Provide flexible support across a range of deals and special projects as needed.
- Oversee relationships with external advisors, vendors, and diligence partners throughout the deal process.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, incorporating forecasts, capital structures, and scenario analysis.
- Contribute to business development efforts by preparing supporting materials and market analyses.
- Work closely with corporate strategy, development, and investment teams on day-to-day tasks and ongoing initiatives.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in financial services, ideally with a background in investment banking or alternative investments.
- Skilled in financial modeling and comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with a practical approach to solving complex problems.
- Meticulous with details and able to work both independently and with minimal supervision.
- Motivated, curious, and proactive in contributing to team goals and continuous learning.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
