Job Description:
- Leading comprehensive investment due diligence, including business, market, management, competitive, financial modeling, cap table, and legal analysis.
- Conducting in-depth market research to provide sector insights and identify new investment opportunities within the infrastructure software landscape.
- Building relationships with high-quality private companies through conferences, meetings with founders, and engagement with other investors.
- Supporting internal processes and strategic initiatives as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in technology investment banking, tech consulting, principal investing (venture capital, growth equity, or private equity), or an analytical role at a high-growth technology company.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage projects end to end while balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling insights.
- Demonstrated interest in infrastructure software and growth-oriented businesses.
