Job Description:
- Evaluating potential investment opportunities and conducting comprehensive business due diligence.
- Preparing investment committee materials and presenting analyses to senior management.
- Building cash flow models and analyzing downside and risk scenarios.
- Working closely with private equity sponsors, management teams, and third-party diligence providers throughout the underwriting process.
- Assisting with transaction execution, including legal documentation and funding.
- Supporting ongoing portfolio management of middle-market credits, including quarterly valuations and reporting.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3+ years of relevant financial services experience, with investment banking experience preferred.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates high integrity, honesty, and transparency.
- Maintains a proactive, “no task too big or small” mindset.
