Job Description:
- Oversee portfolio finance operations for opportunistic credit, structured credit, and credit secondaries investments.
- Monitor portfolio performance, including cash flows, valuations, and risk metrics.
- Prepare and review financial models, reports, and investment analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support transaction execution, including financing, fund structuring, and secondary market activities.
- Collaborate with investment teams on deal due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Assist with investor reporting, fund accounting, and compliance documentation.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize portfolio processes, controls, and reporting systems.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Strong background in portfolio finance, fund accounting, or investment operations within credit or structured credit strategies.
- Experience with opportunistic credit, structured credit, or credit secondaries.
- Proven ability to build and analyze complex financial models and reports.
- Strong understanding of portfolio monitoring, risk metrics, and cash flow management.
- Experience supporting transaction execution, fund structuring, or secondary market activities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with investment teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
