Job Description:
- Analyze and value private credit investments through detailed financial modeling and analysis.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective borrowers, including market, financial, and qualitative risk assessments.
- Monitor portfolio performance across financial and operational metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with structuring, negotiating, and executing loan transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to support efficient closings.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline; CFA preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, M&A, or similar roles.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial tools.
- Solid understanding of private credit markets, deal structuring, and credit risk analysis.
