Job Description:
- Conduct investment and transaction analysis across middle-market companies.
- Prepare and present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee.
- Support sourcing and initial screening of direct and syndicated loan investments.
- Manage due diligence, documentation, and coordination with third-party advisors and legal counsel.
- Monitor portfolio investments and report on performance and risk metrics.
- Track market activity through engagement with banks, restructuring advisors, sponsors, and legal counsel.
- Assist the Investment Team with operational and strategic responsibilities.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in investment banking, direct lending, or restructuring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and resourceful team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, credit analysis, and loan documentation preferred.
