Job Description:
  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, including initial screening, financial assessment, and overall deal structuring.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and assess capital needs.
  • Prepare presentations and reports with insights and strategic recommendations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external advisors, consultants, and partners during all phases of a transaction.
  • Assist the investment and strategy team with daily tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Monitor performance of portfolio companies, contribute to key initiatives, and support participation in board-related activities.
  • Help with business development efforts, including preparing pitch materials and market research.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Background in analyzing investments, building financial models, and supporting transactions, ideally from a top-tier investment bank or comparable finance role.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with advanced experience in financial modeling and valuation.
  • Proactive and thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Solid judgment when evaluating investments, with a strong ability to spot risks and recommend solutions.
  • Clear and professional communicator, both in writing and in person.
  • Trusted to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
